The onion adds an extra special something to the already full flavour of the traditional handmade roti bread, composed of thin layers and a slightly chewy texture you've got to taste it to believe it. Toss on the frying pan for 30 seconds, or zap in the microwave - it's never been quite so easy to have such delicious bread right at home.
